Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat rate of $12 USD on all orders.

Where do you deliver?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We're working on expanding to more countries.

How can I track my package?

What if my package seems lost or my tracking number isn't working?

Contact us with your order number and we'll look into it right away — including a replacement or refund if the package genuinely can't be located.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to change or cancel it. Once it's shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies instead.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Right now all orders go through our online checkout for security and accuracy, but if you're having trouble ordering online, contact us and we'll help you through it.

Does the pump need batteries?

No — it's rechargeable over USB-C. The 1500mAh battery is good for 80+ bags per charge, with an LED indicator so you always know where it stands.

Can I bring the pump on a plane?

The pump has a small built-in rechargeable battery, like most electronics. Airline rules on carrying rechargeable devices vary, so check your airline's policy before you fly.

Every set includes a mix of large, medium, and small vacuum bags split evenly, plus 1 rechargeable pump and a USB-C charging cable.
